BIOGRAPHY of William Argersinger

Argersinger recieved his B.A. in 1938 and his Ph.D. in 1942, both from Cornell. He joined the faculty of KU in the Department of Chemistry in 1946, reaching full Professor stauts in 1956. He also served as the Associate Dean of Faculties in 1965 and the Vice Chancellor for Research and Graduate Studies. He retired in 1989.
